Jessica serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Share in the JOY, where she leverages her dynamic leadership and deep connection with community values to drive our mission forward. As the founder of Faith in Humanity LV, Jessica has spent over four years at the helm of a successful nonprofit, where she organized impactful community assistance programs including back-to-school drives, Christmas celebrations, and food and clothing distributions. Her tenure at Faith in Humanity LV not only showcased her commitment to community service but also honed her abilities in nurturing partnerships with other local nonprofits. Jessica brings these valuable relationships to Share in the JOY, along with her expertise in event organization and marketing strategies.
