About Hop into JOY:

Hop into JOY is an annual community event dedicated to spreading JOY and making a positive impact in our community. Each year, we gather at Anthem Hills Park in Henderson for a day filled with fun activities, delicious food, and heartfelt moments. Through this event, we aim to raise funds for Bunnies Matter Rescue and support children in foster care through partnerships with Child Haven and St. Jude’s Ranch for Children.

Event Highlights:

• The Most Egg-Cellent Egg Hunt EVER: Get ready for an egg-citing egg hunt experience like never before! We will host two egg hunts concurrently every couple of minutes, tailored for both small children and older kids. Participants will exchange empty eggs for prize bags filled with incredible prizes from our generous partners.
• Live Entertainment: From our live DJ to a Kuties & Kupcakes Mobile Spa Bus to the Bunny Workshop sponsored by The Home Depot to our friends at Critical Care Comics and mascots throughout the community… we are committed to creating a FUN environment!
• Activities: Hop into JOY isn’t just an egg hunt. Every few yards across the entire park we feature games and activities for all ages. From planting seeds with The JayRose Enrichment Center to a fishing pond for the little ones to games like connect 4, jenga and bean bag toss, the kids will have plenty of activities to keep them busy!
• Amenities: 2025 will feature more food trucks, another bounce house, and additional amenities to reduce wait times and enhance the overall enjoyment of the event.

Egg Hunt Experience: Get ready for an egg-citing adventure at Hop into JOY! We’ve revamped our egg hunt experience to make it even more enjoyable for participants of all ages. This year, we’ll be hosting two egg hunts concurrently every few minutes, specially designed for both small children and older kids.

What to Expect: During the egg hunt, participants will search for empty eggs scattered throughout designated areas of the park. Once found, these eggs can be exchanged at our well-staffed redemption stations for delightful prize bags. Packed with incredible gifts generously provided by our partners, these goodie bags ensure that every participant leaves with a smile.

Ensuring a Fun and Safe Experience: To enhance safety and ensure an orderly flow, we’ve implemented measures such as limiting the number of egg hunters to no more than 12 at a time. Additionally, the hunt areas will feature higher fences along the perimeter and stanchions to guide participants, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
