OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Alayna Swena is the Operations Coordinator for Share in the JOY, bringing dedication and organizational expertise to the team. A committed volunteer for over a year, she has played a key role in fundraising and representing the organization at events supporting homeless youth. A Las Vegas native, Alayna earned a Bachelor’s degree from UNLV in Anthropology, Communication Studies, and Criminal Justice. She has a love for trivia, can recite the alphabet backward and list every U.S. president in order of candidacy, and shares her home with her two dogs, Archer and Lana. While searching for a new passion, she continues to find purpose in helping others through Share in the JOY.
